Patchwork Contemplations |
♥I am a lover of self-expression and am always eager to immerse myself fully in the intricate beauty that is a soul, intimately exposed through word, melody, movement, and canvas. For me, there is nothing in this world more flawless than two souls connected through art and creation.
I love the covers of books, beverages of almost any sort, falling in love, my kitten, and building forts out of anything I can find.
I loathe politics, ignorance, poorly written novels, and misplacing things that are important to me (such as my keys, kindle, and knee-socks).
Everything on my blog is original, from the photos to the writing to the music (save for a few youtube links to other artists I adore). I believe wholeheartedly in my own creativity and refuse to be a "reblogger". =P

This was the same location as the “before photo” I took and uploaded last night, only on a different camera. I went down to the beach and played in the ocean around 3:00 this afternoon in Hampton, Virginia.
Hope everyone is staying safe!

I took this photo tonight at the Chesapeake Bay. Tomorrow this will all be under water. To those of you also on the East Coast, stay safe this weekend. I will see you on the other side.
